- Ticket holders are only permitted to access areas of the Circuit Park on the dates granted by their tickets.
- Seating assignment is generated randomly by the computer system. Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted for unmet seating preferences.
- Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi (the “Circuit”) is operated by Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC (an Ethara group company). The promoter of the Grand Prix is Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC (an Ethara group company).
- Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC (an Ethara group company) reserves the right to inspect and refuse bags or other items to be brought into the Circuit. Restrictions apply to items which Entrants bring into the Circuit which include professional video cameras and photography cameras and food and beverages.
- The Circuit is primarily a motorsports venue. Motorsport is both noisy and dangerous. Attending the Circuit, including any Event held at the Circuit, may involve danger and risk to an Entrant’s personal safety. Entrants are hereby warned that there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death or property damage or loss. Attendance is at the Entrant’s own risk. Each Entrant is responsible at all times for all children under their care. By attending any Event or Experience, purchasing a Ticket for an Event, entering into and/or remaining at the Circuit, each Entrant is deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities.
- In relation to certain Events and for safety and operational reasons, Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC (an Ethara group company) may advise that children do not attend particular Events.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, access to the Circuit may be denied and some Events delayed or cancelled at Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC (an Ethara group company)'s sole discretion and at short notice.
- In relation to each Event, Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC (an Ethara group company) reserves the right to, without notice and in any circumstances, add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any particular person, group, car, race, team or personality from the Event and to amend Ticket prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
- Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC (an Ethara group company) reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry to any Entrant or remove any Entrant from the Circuit.
- Most countries require a passport valid for at least six (6) months on the date of return and a valid entry visa. Connexus Travel Limited are not liable for any consequences due to visa or passport issues.
- Travellers' full name as shown on the travel document is required at the time of booking. Amendment will likely result in fare difference, loss of reservation and/or incurring amendment fees.
- Travellers accept full responsibility for all losses and expenses due to "Reasons beyond control". Connexus Travel Limited will not be liable for any consequences. ("Reasons beyond control" means hostilities, political unrest, natural disasters, pestilences, bad weather, technical problems to transport, changes to the frequency or timetable of any means of conveyance by its operator without advance notice, strikes, industrial action, etc.)
- Travellers are recommended to purchase suitable travel insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage during the trip.
- Package price includes a 0.15% TIA Levy.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Cruise line reserves the rights to make changes on itinerary, timing on all embarkations/disembarkations, and port(s) call cancellation due to weather condition or specific reasons. All of the changes will not be considered as against “The Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Chapter 362, Laws of Hong Kong”. Passengers shall not make claim against the cruise line or/and the Connexus Travel Limited for any compensation.
