- Cruise prices are quoted per person based on double occupancy in Hong Kong Dollars, provided for reference only, and are subject to availability, applicable surcharges, and final confirmation upon receipt of full payment.

- Stateroom assignments are determined at the sole discretion of the cruise line and are based on the best available accommodation at the time of booking. The cruise line reserves the right to upgrade guests to a higher category stateroom at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Most countries require a passport valid for at least six (6) months on the date of return and a valid entry visa. Connexus Travel Limited are not liable for any consequences due to visa or passport issues.
- Travellers' full name as shown on the travel document is required at the time of booking. Amendment will likely result in fare difference, loss of reservation and/or incurring amendment fees.
- Travellers accept full responsibility for all losses and expenses due to "Reasons beyond control". Connexus Travel Limited will not be liable for any consequences. ("Reasons beyond control" means hostilities, political unrest, natural disasters, pestilences, bad weather, technical problems to transport, changes to the frequency or timetable of any means of conveyance by its operator without advance notice, strikes, industrial action, etc.)
- Travellers are recommended to purchase suitable travel insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage during the trip.
- Package price includes a 0.15% TIA Levy.

- The cruise line reserves the right to modify the itinerary, embarkation/disembarkation timings, and port calls due to weather conditions or other operational reasons. Such changes shall not be deemed a breach of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362, Laws of Hong Kong). Passengers shall not be entitled to claim compensation from the cruise line or Connexus Travel Limited in relation to these changes.
- Cruise ticket issuance is subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the passage contract, thus the terms and condition laid on: Terms and Conditions
- Connexus Travel Limited and the cruise line reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Connexus Travel Limited and the cruise line shall be final and binding.
- A non-refundable deposit in the specified amount, or full payment, is required within three (3) working days upon booking confirmation. For late bookings, full payment must be made immediately upon confirmation.
- No amendments are allowed after full payment has been made.
- 90 days or before departure: An administration fee of HK$500 will be charged per booking
- Within 60-89 days before departure: The deposit will be forfeited, and an administration fee of HK$500 will be charged per booking
- Within 30-59 days before departure or no-show: 50% of the total payment, and an administration fee of HK$500 will be charged per booking
- Within 0-29 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total payment, and an administration fee of HK$500 will be charged per booking
