- Package price is per person based on double occupancy in Hong Kong Dollars and includes a cruise on board with accommodation, meals, entertainment and access to facilities.

- Passport / Travel Visa Fees

- Package prices listed are for reference only. Prices are subject to availability and to be confirmed at the time of a paid reservation.
- Shipboard Currency: US$
- Reservation is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Rights are reserved for collecting fuel supplements and applicable taxes imposed by the carrier, even for a fully paid reservation. Exact amount will be determined on the date of notification received from the carrier.
- The price for chargeable or priced items onboard is subject to change without prior notice.
- Passengers must have a passport valid for at least six (6) months on the date of return and valid visa(s) for visiting the port of call listed in the itinerary. Cruise Company and Connexus Travel Limited are not liable for any consequences due to visa or passport issues.
- Passengers' full name as shown on travel document is required at the time of booking. Amendment will likely result in fare difference, loss of reservation and/or incurring amendment fees.
- Stateroom assignment is at the cruise line's discretion and on the best available basis. Cruise line reserves the right to offer higher category accommodation at no additional cost.
- Passengers accept full responsibility for all losses and expenses due to "Reasons beyond control". Cruise line and Connexus Travel Limited will not be liable for any consequences. ("Reasons beyond control" means hostilities, political unrest, natural disasters, pestilences, bad weather, technical problems to transport, changes to the frequency or timetable of any means of conveyance by its operator without advance notice, strikes, industrial action, etc.)
- Cruise line reserves the right to change itinerary, timing on all embarkations/disembarkations, and port(s) call cancellation due to weather condition or specific reasons. All of the changes will not be considered against "The Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Chapter 362, Laws of Hong Kong". Passengers shall not claim against the cruise line or/and Connexus Travel Limited for any compensation.

- Passengers are recommended to purchase suitable travel insurance to ensure comprehensive coverage during the trip.

- Connexus Travel Limited reserves the final right to make decisions in case of any disputes.
Additional Terms & Conditions for HSBC 8% Off Promotion
- This offer applies to selected travel products with departure dates on or before 31 December 2025.
- Cardholders can enjoy 8% off on the package price of selected travel products, excluding taxes. This discount does not apply to any taxes, surcharges, handling fees, travel insurance, visa fees, or other applicable fees.
- Payment must be made using an HSBC Credit Card at the time of booking. Otherwise, a full charge will be applied to the booking.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, corporate offers, or holiday certificates.

- Connexus Travel Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Payment
- A non-refundable deposit with the indicated amount (or full payment) is required within three (3) working days upon confirmation.
- Balance payment must be received on/before the deadline set by the carrier (whichever is earlier).
Amendment
- A non-refundable fee of HK$2,000 per person plus any applicable price difference applies for each change to existing bookings.
Cancellation
- After full payment, cancellations will be processed following the cruise company's cancellation policy. Applicable penalties and a non-refundable administrative fee of HK$2,000 per person will be deducted before arranging the refund.
